“Strong and heavy but does not compromise on speed. It is nice to sail. It simply feels like home while sailing on it” Andreas Tavelis, True North Yachting
With hull design by Andrzej Skrzat and interior design by Brigit Schnaase of Schnaase Interior Design, the Delphia 46 DS is unique due to its deck saloon being connected to a centrally located cockpit. This configuration is typical for the most luxurious of ocean-going yachts and ensures exceptional stability of the craft which gives comfort and safety sailing. The design provides comfortable accommodation for the entire crew and panoramic windows which flood the interior with light, offering unrestricted views.
Similar to the D47, the D46 DS is a synergy between nautical architecture and traditional maritime craftsmanship. It features an YSI integrated yacht structure using LIM vacuum infusion technology rendering the hull light yet extremely strong. the excellent performance of the Delphia 46 DS makes this craft the perfect choice for longer, or even round-the-world, voyages. This model is available with a fixed or centreboard/ballast keel and can accommodate future customisation as the owner so wishes.
So that the crew feels truly at home, the Delphia 46 DS boasts all the creature comforts you'd expect of such a luxurious yacht; a fully equipped kitchen to prepare the most exquisite meals, an aft stateroom with spacious shower and space to relax, a guest suite in the bow with its own shower, an additional bathroom plus adequate storage space for any length of voyage.
On the exterior, the white hull is laminated in vinylester resin with a sandwich construction with dark blue water line stripes and six skylights. Internally, the luxurious feel begins with mahogany ply units and sumptuous upholstery. Thanks to it being a deck saloon, the boat has an airy feel with panoramic glass windows. In the galley you'll find a twin burner gimballed gas stove with oven, 80L fridge and 80L freezer and beautiful corian worktops. Moving back to the exterior, for those days when you fancy a dip in the ocean you'll find an hydraulically lowered bathing platform with ladder as well as a hot / cold shower. And if that's not enough, there's a full range of optional extras to ensure you have the boat of your dreams.
